Most orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM central time are shipped the following business day. We will contact you by email or phone number submitted if your order is on backorder or is sold out. (We try to update our site daily by 6pm.)

- Please return merchandise unworn, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice.
- Complete the Return Form included with the invoice and include it with the item for return.
- Items purchased with any certificates or promotion codes may result in adjusted refund amount.
- It may take up to 14 days to process your return and credit your original form of tender.
