We do our best to ensure your order ships quickly and smoothly. Most orders placed Monday–Thursday before 2 PM CST ship the next business day. If an item is on backorder or sold out, we’ll contact you directly via email or phone.
During holidays or peak seasons, please allow extra time for carrier delivery. We ship primarily through UPS and USPS, using Priority Mail for PO Box addresses.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full merchandise refund (less shipping) to your original form of payment.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include your invoice. Refunds typically process within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and purchases made with promotional codes or certificates may receive adjusted refunds.
